I don't really have any issues with the internal hardware. What decides which one I would buy is pretty much the controller and the online experience. XBOX 360's controller was leagues ahead of the PS3 controller, but I just hated paying for XBOX LIVE, so I bought a PS3.
Hopefully, the XBOX One won't require paid subscription.
