Several questions regarding mitm-attack - MrTww - 01-10-2021 Hey guys, I have several questions regarding the mitm-attack. I'm not a total beginner when it comes to pen-test, but still a novice, so hopefully some of you guys can help me. Thanks in advance. Here we go: 1) I've read several mitm-attack guides, a lot of these so called "wifi cracking" tutorials, and so on. One thing that I couldn't figure out yet is, how to transfer a file to one of the devices that I'm connected to by the same network. While doing a mitm-attack, I some kind of tell the device that I'm the AP to the internet; I get the packages the device sends and can see his traffic. But how can I see, just as an example, see a picture the device uploads, sends or receive? 2) Would it be even possible to do the other way around? To "send" a file to the connected device while I'm doing a mitm-attack? Or would that presuppose an authorization from the attacked device? Thanks a lot
