I will have plenty of free time at summer and I want to learn making logos for websites...

Is it photoshop?

yes photoshop cs6 or adobe illustrator are the best programs for that.

Nope. Cinema is mother term for movies.
Cinema 4D is for making 3D things.

Depends on what kind of logo it is really.
Most people use Illustrator but it takes some time to learn and make logos that are actually really appealing and creative.

For professional logos you would want to learn Illustrator.
