That aside, are the hard drives RAID configured? RE: My beautiful pc i build 3-4 years ago I still use - Jiggly - 07-21-2020 Awesome. I especially liked your line "i know its the best thing anyone has ever seen" . Wish I could share mine... but it's on the other side of the Atlantic and I'm missing it dearly! Failure of one drive, will cause the entire RAID to also fail. On the upside, It has excellent performance. RE: My beautiful pc i build 3-4 years ago I still use - s1gma99 - 07-22-2020 Not bad. I would recommend exploring some cable management solutions. RE: My beautiful pc i build 3-4 years ago I still use - Nyx - 07-22-2020 Nice PC, probably still have a few years left in that processor before it starts to be bogged down I'd imagine, although a GTX 1060 is starting to become a little dated. I had one and just upgraded to a used GTX 1070 that I got for a steal, although I switched to 1440p at the same time so I needed it. Out of curiosity, what do you boot into Android for that Linux couldn't already do for you? There's no right or wrong, but rather based on one's overall usability. |
