Anyone who starts off with "will you learn me" is likely not intelligent enough to learn. If you are serious though, there are plenty of tutorials on Youtube. Let me link some for you:
If stealing passwords is what you are trying to do, a keylogger is your best bet. However, it is also highly illegal, so unless you are a paid penetration tester or you otherwise have permission to do so. Proceed with caution.
