Hey all,
I want to form a company where card chargebacks are not possible. I'll receive transactions but the country&payment processors shouldn't care about disputes etc.
Any recommendations? maybe Cyprus, Malta, Sweden etc?

In fact, your idea sounds very cool, but considering that the company is associated with gold, you will have to pay high taxes and besides, you may have problems with registering the company. In this case, I would advise you to use sfm to create an Offshore Company. This is a very cool service and it really helps newbies in business because at the initial stage anyone can have serious difficulties with this. A friend of mine has worked with them for a period and is very pleased with their services. So you can take note.
