Questions about Text Editor... - 2013.Digital - 06-02-2020

I'm new user to Sinister and mean no offense but wondering why the Text Editor is so outdated, bad flexible, why dont update it?.
And whats is the point of prevents user from add link and image to the post, user had to contact admins everytime they want to edit the post?

Text editor is pretty cool, maybe it's not fully loaded on your side

You can create a thread In the Suggestions forum outlining your concerns, and proposing your amendments.

Really? mine is suck, it is not even update content in realtime, had to "Preview Post" everytime i change something.
I will try to switch to another browser.
My bad i'm new user.

Only thing i find annoying is inability to insert image... when i then insert link it gives me some dumb error like that

what do you mean?, you can insert an image via the add image button, however, dont try to resize it with it because it doesnt work, but adding a simple image works

tbh id prefer having a desktop app to make my threads

Generally speaking the text editor for MyBB isn't the greatest, but your comments are vague. If there's something in particular you dislike, we may be able to change it.

You only need to contact a staff member if the post you're editing is more than a day old.
