You're most welcome. In future, please quote me so I can respond In a timely manner.

Have you tried different SMTP servers, Inclusive of the corresponding port number, for the outgoing connection? Also, what type of encryption have you set? As a further matter and stating the obvious, are the login credentials correct?

I'm just trying to exhaust all avenues, In an attempt to pinpoint the Issue.

I did not know that there was different type of SMTP.
When you talk about different types of SMTP, do you mean talking about using another SMTP?

I buy a SMTP is like this : "110.243.25.170:25"
At the purchase i only had this.
(it doesn't really look like that I changed it)

I have no information on the cryptage to use.
how to know which one to use? between tls and ssl or nothing?

And yes the ID it's correct i have checked it several times.

I've been browsing forums for a long time and I've never had so many admin responses to help me, you do a great job Mothered.
thank you on behalf of the community!

You're always welcome.

In terms of the SMTP server, I'm referring to the format of (for example) smtp.gmail.com and Its port number Is 25. Hotmail Is: smtp.live.com, and the port Is 587. It also requires TLS/SSL encryption to be applied. Adding the correct settings, makes all the difference with successful outgoing connections.

Correct.

Choose "SSL" encryption and assign the port number of "465". If that doesn't work, select "TLS" encryption with the port number of "587". Enter your "Gmail" username & password to authenticate the connection.
