Mine is the Famas. I really like it because it mostly suits every map.
I also like the following this for Famas:
Damage: 40-30 (MP)
Magazine Size: 30 rounds (45 with Extended Mags)
Unlocked at: Level 4 (Private First Class)
Starting Ammunition: 60 + 30
and finally Fire Mode: 3 round burst ( I freaking love that! )

Famas was my favorite for BO, I also always love the Ak74u in BO as well.
