im bored and wanting to code a program what shall i code? it cannot be a fake program RAT keylogger or stealer as that is forbidden however anything else i will give it my best shot!

Yeah, but he actually needs to know what to learn to code those things...
Learn some WinInet, though WinInet is not very good. Change the send/recieve data, and maybe code it all by yourself.
I do not know much about the .Net language so I do not have much ideas LoL
