I just want a quick little explanation on how they work and maby a good tool to use them.
Also, I tried looking a bit around for something but I'm not really sure what I'm looking for so it was a bit hard to find.

A combo list, Is simply used to check whether the combinations are valid logins against a given account.  You'd need a tool (namely a checker) to do this.

For Instance, If I want to check accounts for ZenMate VPN, I'd load the combo list Into the tool as shown below, and then hit the Start button.

It depends on the account(s) you wish to crack. There are dedicated tools for Individual accounts and also multi-checkers available, that allow you to select the account you're after.

There are many ways you can use them, if they are free combos i would recommend tools rather than configs, look around for a basic like spotify cracker/checker, Insert combos and press begin, If you need help just PM me Smile

Think of it as an email and a password and the checker as a verifier that your password or email works and you're an old fart that forgets things, but the login screen as you remembering and being like oh yeah I remember my email or password. Dont forget to use a vpn to traffic your network packets through the tunnel. If you need extra help I'm here for you.

Ok so i've gotten a few combos from this site but most of them seem to be mixture of different sites..ebay,paypal,psn,netflix etc how do i know which combo belongs to what site? or do i have to run them on a specific checker and wait for hits?

Each combo belongs to a group PayPal etc you can't put the email combo with the PayPal login because that combo might not work you dont say bae show me your butt to a random girl do you? You want to get as close to what you believe to be right as possible. How many times can you mix 123 only 123 dont add 4 I said 123. Meditate on this Sith apply your knowledge. Please be careful.

Exactly this.

It's a commonality for users to use the same credentials for most (If not all) of their online accounts, hence you'll find that a given (example, Netflix) account will also authenticate on other websites.
