I DONT LIKE TO TAKE FORUM NAME BUT I AM LITTLE SURPRISE BY SEEING GOOGLE ADS THERE ON HACKING FORUM.

If reported, they typically disable the Adsense account in question. Speaking from experience.

Maybe for you, i found a few months ago a hacking forum "FraudsterCrew" and they did have Adsense on the forum. I report to Adsense support - nothing happen.

Maybe they have buy and old verified adsense account, i have heard that some accounts don't get banned so fast, but idk i don't use adsense since years.
