But peoples who knows a bit about the systems that are currently possible to be emulated will know   something is up with that applciation. I've experienced something similar over a decade ago, when reverse engineering an application.

If only you had've known this to begin with, you wouldn't have wasted your time. That aside, It's good to see you're using PEiD- It's a very powerful tool.

no, i just wanted to crack one of them, the one BitRain pressented are basically all coded in C#/VB.NET, i just wanted to learn more about these scam and how they affecting the users

I see, It was for Informative purposes than anything else.

Judging by the comment below, I assumed otherwise.

As a matter of Interest, do you use OllyDbg when reverse engineering apps?

RE: [PS3 Fake Emulator]: Xemu1 Fake Emulator Crack - miso - 01-28-2020

very rarily, i just use scripts, i don't really know how to use it, i normally use Resource Hacker or HxD for non-.net apps, however im really good when its about reverse-engineering apps that are made in vb.net / c#, it is already pretty easy to decompile but i normally like when they're obfuscated, it adds a bit more challenge to it, thats why a non-obfuscated .net app can take me 10 minutes to fully crack, but can take hours for an obfuscated app, however, it helps me understand how the application have been obfuscated and the process behind it. Most of the .net apps i've cracked were actually obfuscated, i used de4dot just to remove some things from the obfuscator, but after it's mainly playing with really long lines of code just to do a basic command, "smethod_" functions are horrible to work with, but im used to it andi became really good with dnSpy lol
