Honestly, I'm pro choice.
- It's not my choice. If they want to have an abortion, then, more power to them.
- We shouldn't dictate on whether or not we should allow abortions. The 'mother' could have been brutally raped, and gotten pregnant by that. What is she supposed to do? Keep it, and remind herself of being raped?
- We as people are free to make our own decisions.
- People says it's against the religion. Well, guess what? Not everyone is of the same religion as you.

I'm also pro-choice, but when you look at it from the anti-choice side of the argument there are some difficult facts to consider.
- It may not be considered murder, but when you look at it from a moral perspective, it really is.
- Why should it be up to the parent to be the ultimate ruler of life or death?
- There are other alternatives than having an abortion or keep the child.
Great points and great starting argument, I hope this can go somewhere with intellect in each and every post.

I believe that abortion is only necessary if the lady is under the age of 18 and can't support a child. Other than that, I believe it's unnecessary and immature to take ones life away like that.

You cannot kill something that is not living. No, it's not morally right, but we as free people should be able to make our own decisions. Whether they have negative or positive repercussions.
As to my comment, 'you cannot kill something that is not living', when a mother has an abortion is it usually in the first or second month. The 'baby' inside her does not have any brainwaves or a heartbeat yet. They usually come in at around 20-26 weeks. So therefor, you aren't killing anything.

I think abortion is brilliant. Firstly, babies can't feel pain until they're 20 weeks old. Secondly, babies don't understand the concept of death/leaving the world. They cannot comprehend what is happening to them. Thirdly, being forced to go ahead with a pregnancy can ruin two other peoples' lives. And I can hear you saying, well that's your fault for getting pregnant. Maybe, but if I'm going to get pregnant, I'm going to kill it.

You have to remember though that not everyone has the same religion, beliefs, and morals. Everyone's rights and wrongs are different.
