Nominate the Member of the Month! (November 2012) - Dismas - 11-11-2012

The winner will receive an award, and of course, their name will stay in this thread for the rest of eternity!
Upon being nominated, the user's name will be posted into the poll, and the person with the most amount of votes by the end of the month will win.
