This big pack contains several tools. If you don't believe me then open it with sandboxie or vm.

The nature of the tools warrant detections, hence an online virus scan won't do any justice. Stating the obvious, execute them In a controlled environment.

I probably won't use many of these. Most tools in hacking packs are outdated. At least in my own experience. And a Virus Total shouldn't be necessary. Since there are probably dozens of executables to scan, people should scan the executables on their own.

Agree, but judging by the amount of traffic on one of my blogs, people are still using them In some capacity.
Hacking packs were sought-after around a decade ago. Not so much nowadays. The demand for keyloggers, RATs and stealers Is almost non-existent.

Unfortunately, free rats are unreliable. Another problem is that I see very few trusted rats in the markets. Most of the attacks are now based on social engineering.

Agree.
Social engineering has been around for a very long time. It's just become very popular over the last decade or so. I remember back In the late 70s-early 80s, when we used to SE free bus rides to and from school. I'd pay the driver by deliberately dropping the coins and when he went to pick them up, a couple of my friends would sneak In quickly and take a seat. Of course, this wasn't on a daily basis, but rather every month or so with different drivers.

Yeah most free or cracked RATs are detected very easily. And you can't buy them from online sellers because they get busted all the time. It's better to make your own RAT program. All you need to know is C#.
