To attract attention, you'd want to offer your service cheaper than the rest.

Selling Paypal accounts is 100% against our rules. Spotify is allowed. As @mothered said, sales go in the Regular Sales section.

For Spotify accounts I would say about $2 or less. Same thing for most other accounts. Even then some people will sell accounts for even less. But PayPal account selling is against the rules.

The way to go is with a Family account where you add yourself to the list. You do a reverse look on the email and add relatives that the actual user won't remove. I've been using the same account for over 2 years for free.
