I use Vegas Pro to edit videos. Despite what the website says for recommended specs, you can go quite a bit lower. Of course, you can't edit or render 4K, but 1080P holds up surprisingly well. And OBS is an extremely good recording software. It receives constant updates too. And there are plenty of tutorials for both of the softwares.
