Seems like you have a good shop going here with lots of experience.

One thing you may want to sort out is the contradiction in your TOS:
"-NO Refunds
-I will be more than happy to refund you if happy."

I think you should remove the "NO refunds" and state that you will be happy to refund them if they are not happy with the watermarked version of the graphics.
But will not refund them after they request for the final version of the GFX.

Other than that, everything looks great.
