I’ve heard the only currency that is totally anonymous & untraceable by Law Enforcement agencies is Monero......

From what i've come to understand it's entirely untraceable UNLESS it's in an event where FBI or other federal agencies are involved.
Even then, it's still mostly untraceable.

Well it is still totally anonymous. On an explorer such as this one, you can only view the hashes of the transactions. No information, like your IP address or name are actually shown. The deepest you can go is a users transaction history.

A book I recommend is "The Art of Invisibility" by Kevin Mitnick. It will teach you a lot

Keep in mind to only use trusted mixers with good reputations, and that you will be paying a premium price for the service as well. It is worth it if you need the privacy, but be aware.
