no issue i was busy and blogger setting were wrong.now all setup. i donot know why i donot receive notification if someone comment on my post on forum?

If you're referring to comments In your threads, do you have the Receive alert when somebody replies to your thread checkbox enabled In your UserCP?

Now the site is working properly. What happened to the site before? I use a special tool host-tracker.com/InstantCheck/Create/ to monitor the operation of my site. If there are any problems, then I get notifications by mail. You need to fill the site with interesting content stably.
