Let me start by saying its a hypothetical but realistic question and no I don't count joining the army im talking bigger like procuring and supplying ammo, guns whatever is needed but that would turn a huge profit
This hypothetical person lives in the UK and has his income stream as welfare (no wheelchair yet but is disabled and if it isn't treated it could progress to that) and money from hussles here and there like side cpa trying to make it explode and to move to fba
with that being explained a little as the character background
Let's say this person Joe Bloggs has thought on it at this point long and hard and decided to profit from war, he decided he's sick of life as it is and if the government can do it so can he war is inevitable anyway so why not make money from it if he doesn't someone else will. (im really trying to paint a picture) up to this point, the guy was actually laid back wouldn't snap or lose his shit outwardly just internally and push it down and this is the hypothetical snap.
my research led me here as a stop where he would go:

trouble is I can't think of a viable way he starts,
I know it would most likely need to be smaller profits from war initially before having money to become a mod supplier and access contracts to sell them weaponry etc even then the standard loadout from the research is the sa80 so british made plus controls in the first place to get the weapons before fulfilling the contracts right?
assuming you import something instead for them what happens in terms of customs etc say your rounds are intercepted you can't exactly write 20,000 rounds on the decleration right and then you are in posession of the ammo until that point.
what are the loopholes to this?
all I can think is either
a) some kind of special licence given to mod registered suppliers
b) the person fulfilling the contract hopes the government don't just arrest and "seize it"
also, how would they even start smaller anyway profiting from the war as quickly as possible
I've got him brainstorming ways but thats all I have so far
so thoughts?
