How do you pick your staff? - Redbull - 03-30-2013 How do you pick your staff? Do you use post count, content, behavior, do you use people you know in real life?
RE: How do you pick your staff? - Harvey - 04-02-2013 I look at a number of different things including time zone, age, activity, maturity, experience, etc. RE: How do you pick your staff? - Banadmin - 04-02-2013 I just take a look at their profile and evaluate their posts and whatnot. RE: How do you pick your staff? - Hades - 04-09-2013 If I could choose my staff, it would be by merit. RE: How do you pick your staff? - Anarchist - 04-09-2013 I would select a member for a Staff position based on their quality, experience and maturity. RE: How do you pick your staff? - Soup_DZ - 04-09-2013 When I run forums I look mainly on their forum stats. I know stats don't fully register a member's real image but still, it helps. From there, I read a few of their posts and see how they react to some members. And then I make my decision based on their past on my forum. Sometimes I make fake accounts and ask for help on the user I'm thinking of promoting to see what their response is to some people who aren't upgraded, who are new, etc. RE: How do you pick your staff? - Redbull - 04-10-2013 (04-09-2013, 11:52 PM)Soup Wrote: When I run forums I look mainly on their forum stats.
