Help no one is able to buy from my shop (shoppy.gg) - fsociety - 06-15-2019

I select the shoppy.gg payment mode as paypal . its easy and safe.
but if someone try to buy or i try my self we are getting this error .is anyone know why this is happening.

have a look on the image its stuck at awaiting payment after clicking paypal everyone faceing this issue.

How to solve or i should go for selly.

Selly and Shoppy are made by the same company, however I haven't had any issues with Selly

Stating the obvious, have you tried contacting Shoppy explaining the Issue?

i delete my shop(but login is active) and because it not about payment i put paypal because it was easy but it always stuck wheater its me or you.
then i change to bitcoin .while i was creating the product and uploading the image once more problem occur now when i click on upload image a dotted rectangle box open there is no option coming to pick from desktop etc just ok button is coming. shoppy.gg is doesnot seem legit to me now so i move toward selly.io it seem best for me . but shoppy.gg interfaace is good .

click under it anything happening now before it was working very well.

Selly and Shoppy are made by the same company, however I haven't had any issues with Selly

now i move toward selly .because facing problem in shoppy.gg but shoppy has free feature as compare to selly like group in which category you want to put it.
