By the way it would still be better if you uploaded a Virus Total. Bit Defender or any other anti virus for that matter, is useless if the executable is in an archive. And since your other downloads have been infected.

The tool looks totally different from what you posted in the picture.
When i open it it asks for some type of registration and just lets me copy my HWID?

I took the liberty of scanning this tool as well. So far it's looking like another infected tool. Specifically a RAT. I'm still waiting for the Hybrid Analysis to finish for the clearest results. I'll post the link below for everyone.
