Virtual Reality - Sartux - 06-07-2019

Who has it, and what are your thoughts on it? I think it's awesome but I'm just not sure which headset to go for.

For starters, Google cardboard is the way to go.
But if you like it, and don't get dizzy(like me)
Get the oculus rift.

Yeah I agree with @Johnngnky. It's a really cheap option that you can use with your phone. I've played a few VR games and I really like them. There have been a lot of VR games popping up recently as well. I think devs have figured out the potential in virtual reality.

id love to get an occulus rift S, but these things are crazy expensive, and i think i might have motion sickness related to VR Sad

RE: Virtual Reality - Refusal - 08-26-2019

bro im getting VR really soon too. Ive played at a buddies house, its hella fun man.

RE: Virtual Reality - Hysho - 10-01-2019

I got the Oculus Quest! I really love it even though I don't have the time to go on it anymore it seems. You should get it if you don 't have a good PC or just want a wireless experience.

Google cardboard. Classic and easy ;-)

All jokes aside, the oculus rift is a classic and is pretty good.

RE: Virtual Reality - Jiggly - 10-02-2019

I've been holding out while they develop the tech more, the games more and prices drop more.

RE: Virtual Reality - Nyx - 10-02-2019

I got my hands on a Rift S, I love it. I was hesitant for a long time on VR because I didn't think the tech was really there, but I think 2019 is the year of VR. Games look and feel great, and they've made the experience very plug and play. If I had the expendable cash I would definitely have opted for the Valve Index, but I'm happy with the Rift S's built in motion tracking.

i have motion sickness because of oculus rift
