Yes, it's encoded. In Starfall's own method (I think it's her method anyway).
I'll see if I can get her permission to post a thread on it here at SL.
EDIT: It's not Starfall's own method, it's called Xor.

It's not "my" method but I popularized its use because it's simple and looks fucking baffling. Bluntman encoded this himself using it.
