So, I have came to the conclusion that my ho - Screamz - 09-28-2013
Recently, I have came to the conclusion that my house is haunted, sort of. I will tell you from the beginning.
When I was young there were always odd shadows in the house, these shadows occur to this date.
Let's start with things that have a common explanation.
1. The earliest I remember one of these shadows is when I was about 6, it was my two sisters, cousin, and I. We were looking into to the room that my sisters and I slept in (Yes, I had to share a room with two sisters *sigh*). And we saw an odd figure in the room, it wasn't an animal, or person, but just an odd shadow, but I don't take this sighting into consideration because there is a windows in the room so I could have been something outside.
2. Skip to a date where I had my own room, and my sisters did also. My sister was freaking out one night because she saw someone standing in her room looking through her things, she didn't confront anyone to the next day though. I just thought of this as a hallucination, fair enough. About a month later, she woke up in the morning, just fine, until she looked beside her, and her bed was someone that was female, sleeping beside her. She described her as being bald with blue eyes and that's all I can remember but that has really freaked her out even since, I think of this has another occurrence of a hallucination. Last story of that sister is one morning she would not go into her room for the life of her, and she told me to walk in there with here. We calked and she mention her closet light being on, I agreed that it was, and she told me that it has been burnt out and she checked it the night before. She told me to turn it off, so I did, and the switch was obviously flipped.
3. A couple years ago the same sister had a couple of friend over and I had my cousin over. I decided to sleep in my other sisters room who no longer lives in my house and is living in the US. While my cousin sleeps in my room. My sisters room which consisted of her friends was across from the room I was staying in. They were going to paint my cousins toenails while he was sleeping. The one friend was going to see what shade of pink was going to fit him the best, so she went into the room he was staying in (my room), then she went silent, then she started running down the hallway balling saying she saw someone else in the room. Ever since that occurrence, whenever she comes over, weird things happen, like old jewelry boxes start playing music even though they haven't been wound up.
4. This one is the most up-to-date, being tonight, something strange happened once again that has happened for the past couple years. Whenever I am in the basement I like to make sure all the doors are shut, and for some reason, I seem to find them opened again. So, I was watching netflix in my basement (I was watching community) with my mother, and I made sure all the doors are shut as usual, she asked me why I shut them all and I just said I don't fell comfortable when they are open (which is true). And at one point I came upstairs to get some fruit, I came back downstairs after about 5 minutes and un-paused the show and kept watching. After about a minute I looked over to find the bathroom door open, once again, I asked if my mother went in there and she was stunned when she looked over and found the door open, because she never went in, and she even made sure it was shut at one point. This has had multiple occurrences. Also, I can't forget about the IRC occurrence.
I have a lot more stories but I don't feeling like typing any longer.
What weird occurrences has happened to you guys in the past?

And that is creepy as shit man. And i can't say I have had any occurrences like that! I am racking my brain while I type because I remember something odd happening to me along these lines.

I also still have no explanation for the doors always opening on me.

I've talked to a lot of ghosts and my best friend has even been possessed by a demon before, you get used to the paranormal and learn to live with it. My friends neighbors house is haunted by the ex wife of the guy who used to live there, and he recently passed away also. His house, the neighbors house, and the guy that died live(d) on the same property, and the land is haunted, and possibly had a march that happened during the US civil war go through it. The house my friend lives in has a guest bedroom with a few demons lurking in it since we brought them in, and I have to sleep in his room because of it. My yard has occasional supernatural occurrences, although my parents experienced some strong ones when they where still together. My GFs house is also on a subdivision that is built on old plantation land, so it's very haunted and they are constantly breaking ground on new houses still. I don't even feel threatened by the stuff much anymore.

Last thing that I forgot to mention while I was on the topic, I have visited and took a tour at night of what is considered one of the most haunted places in Canada. Ghost Hunters visited them and you can view the episode HERE. We had a couple of odd things happen while we were there, including some things they mentioned in the episode.

Why do I feel like this is just a nightmare fuel handout?
As for weird occurrences, which I attribute to my own insanity, whenever I stick around my parents house at night, I hear footsteps, but I just attributed it to my parents, even though they like to pretend they were asleep.
The next thing I can remember, which I can't really explain honestly, is I left my soda and laptop on the coffee table in my apartment then went to the bathroom, I come back and my laptop is closed and my soda was moved further in towards the table since I keep it towards the edge for an easy swig.
Kinda the only thing that's blatantly freaked me out honestly.

You guys are so lucky! I would luv to spend a night in your houses so I could experience stuff like that and study it. I dabble in some weird stuff but I also can't help but keep my skeptical side and I have yet to experience something that I can't explain to some degree. Although one time at school I saw this lady that was kinda pale and dressed all in black and she seemed to appear in the parking lot from nowhere and disappear just as quickly, but I don't put a lot into that because there were a lot of cars there and it's quite possible that she somehow got out of or from behind a car and then returned to that same spot very quickly somehow though I can't think of why she would but there is still a logical explanation. Long story short...Ive never seen anything undeniably cool like that.

I can't say I've really had anything profound happen. Or, if I did, I can't remember. Most of this stuff is just coincidence, although you're more than welcome to believe what you want to.
