All you do is post your favorite anime, but it can only be from the year you were born.
So for me, I was born in 97', so I would pick the original pokemon series. I used to watch a lot of pokemon hah.

I haven't watched any of the original anime that came out in my birth year, but the 3rd Pokemon movie came out so I suppose I'll go with that.

I can't think of anything I've seen from the year I was born. However, after scrolling through the titles from that year... Holy hell I feel old. The art style looks nothing like anime from today. I might have to pick one or two to try.
Pokemon wasn't even around when I was born... I did see some of it growing up though! Good pick!

Yeah I found that pretty crazy myself. Once computers came around, the art got so much better.

This is very true. The quantity of shows produced also increased, alongside more international distribution. A lot of companies now outsource animation/marketing etc. Hmm, I might make a thread...
