Since I couldn't find someone posting about this I chose to make one.
What are your thoughts on his arrest? Did he deserve it? What do you think will happen to him?

His arrest was bound to happen.
Due to the nature of his actions/crime, I believe he'll serve quite a bit of jail time.

Most of what he did, should've been covered by the freedom of press in the constitution. But yeah it was bound to happen Unfortunately.

Dark day for democracy, just goes to prove whose bitch the UK is. Exposing Uncle Sam's war crimes is a war crime apparently and they're desperate to kill Assange for that.
I'm surprised the UN actually stood up for Assange and demanded his civil rights be respected.
Also gotta love how Sweden has the highest rapes per capita in Europe which the authorities clearly give no fuck about but they're so interested in Assange because he didn't wear a condom while having sex with some ho. I love me some corruption and double standards.

well he was still a hacker. that is a crime in all countries. but he did show all the countries that have bad corruption in their governments.

He may have been a hacker. But none of which wikileaks published was hacked by him.
He agreed to try and help Chelsea Manning crack a password, but there is no evidence that he actually did it.

It's very sad. The UK and Ecuador is just America's bitch.. Since everything he published about America and their war crimes was true. It should be covered by the freedom of press, therefore they shouldn't be able to prosecute him with the espionage act.
Aha yeah I wasn't sure it I could post here but gave it a try, and everything worked out fine. Very interesting subject to talk about, hence the reason I made the post.
