First of none of them "attacks" were ddos, they were dos and using ping to "ddos" or even do anything wont work because any server can handle a ton of ping requests. And that Cyphon program is just a gui for slowloris and only works for older sites. Also you're doing this "ddosing" without a vpn or proxy from the looks of it.(If not use the windscribe vpn, Its on your desktop).
Why "DDos" or "Dos" its 2019, it has no use.

Back In the year 2000, a 15 year old kid named Michael Calce, caused "1.7 billion" dollars damage through a DDoS attack.
Shares plummeted on the affected companies, and their financial loss was quite significant.

DDosing can be very strong. It's certainly not something to fool around with, an acquainted of mine has a relatively big net. He's using it as a protest over the arrest of Julian Assange.
If you do choose to fool around with a net and get a big net, remember your anonymity and security. Nothing should be able to lead back to you. But I wouldn't recommend it.
