You can't make an ID worth shit without that stuff. Maybe they could pass without UV ink.

Yeah. Probably cheaper to order one from someone else. I am not sure on the legality of all this, though. If you do any of this, it's at your own risk.

I can't find the foil engraver and the card writer seems like its more for credit cards. What would I use to get the template for each specific state and adding pictures to template. The printing would be expensive but i just need a copy of my ID for a job. Waiting on my SSC to get a legit one. If anyone one is interested in this I can get funds together for equipment. Passports and CDL's would be good 2. My dad wants an ID that says hes younger lol.

You can download the templates.
There's a barcode on most( all? ) ID cards, that black stripe isn't there for the fun of it. In some states, it's magstriped, in some states, it's a form of barcode.
Foil engraver isn't too important, you can usually just fake it by using shiny( or better yet, metal laced ) ink.
Some areas now have certain parts of the licence raised. This is best faked by layering ink over and over and over, and using a different, more viscous, ink would be better.
Don't try to do passports. If you don't know what you need to make a passport, I wouldn't recommend trying.
Commercial licences aren't any more complex than a normal one, from what I know. You will, however, be sued shitless if you ever get caught.
This is also probably a good point to impress upon you just how illegal this is. I can think of 2 felonies and 1 misdemeanor you are committing every time you use a fake ID, plus a few for producing them.

You can request these on the black market and save yourself the trouble of making one yourself.
