Hey Guys,
Need help to decide partnership profit with friends! as I am developing a tool to prevent files from malware attacks, so there are three guys,
Me: Owner/founder & Creative developer.
Mr. A: Website developer & Graphic designer
Mr. B: Sales & Marketing Manager
So I wanted to ask you that how much product shares(or partnership percentage) should I give to Mr. A & Mr. B !
Need your any suggestion

Actually, its just starting so my friends offered me that they will manage development and marketing cost up to 50% !
So I just wanted to know that I should give them profit partnership or product partnership?
Here is what I think for person A. I will provide approx 15% profit & to person B. who is sales I will provide him 15-20% and performance profit.
any comment on it?

Start at the bare minimum and based on performance, you can Increase the profit accordingly.
Your margins sound reasonable, but I'd decrease It a little.
