Get into Private Twitter Account - szfddgfdrtgxsdsssd - 01-23-2019
I don't know if this is the right place for this....
Is there a step by step tutorial to hack a twitter account? More specifically to see tweets from a private account. I'm a beginner with all this but if the instructions are clear I'll do it myself

Ok then is there a clear and complete explanation on how to do that? And would I have to be able to access their computer or phone to do that? Because I don't

No.
Use a Keylogger/RAT/Stealer to obtain the login credentials.
You do not need physical access to the target PC/cell phone, when Infecting the device with a Keylogger, RAT or stealer.
You bind It to a legit file and send It to your victim, via email, chat or text message. He/she will execute the file and view the legit one, whilst the (example) keylogger will be dropped silently on their device, monitor every keystroke typed and send the Information to your nominated email address or via FTP.

you can try looking it up on google. I know there are several tutorials online.

If you know the person, you could go to their house, or they could come to yours, just make sure you are on the same network. Then you could potentially do a couple of things, you could do some kind of dns spoof, or a MITM attack to download a specific file on their phone, such as some of the files @mothered mentioned earlier.
