Good morning guys! I am new to the site I hope to own help with reimbursement for a howerboard or self balance, bought on Amazon Warehouse and is used. Do you advise me to use the empty package method or the missing main article method? The object weighs about 10 kg, can I do it? I received and signed, buying on Amazon Italian and send in Italy.
