I noticed the IP was outgoing and it made no sense.
So I looked it up and asked people in Skype Chat. Kirito left and wouldn't talk to me so I don't know what is going on.

Test your internet on another device. If you think you are infected, scan with Malwarebytes.
If you're feeling really paranoid:
1. Format your drive.
2. Install an operating system.

I scan malware bytes when I am asleep it scheduled to run a full scan every night.
I know my speed test info going to see if it has slowed down.

Look at your start up programs and see if there is anything out of the ordinary. Go through your processes and do the same. Disconnect from the internet if you're looking for a virus. If there is nothing suspicious in your task manager, enable hidden files, and go through appdata and programdata and look there.

Just report the JewP to Ecatel and they will cancel the user's server within 48 hours.

You never said it was outgoing, you said that connection was "trying to ddos me."
