Upscale your wallpapers (with waifu2x caffe) - Skullmeat - 11-14-2018
I used to live by the mantra that you cannot upscale and image. It simply can't be done and look good. However I recently came across a tool called waifu2x caffe, and the results it gives, had me speechless.

Improvement is there, albeit pretty slight. Does a good job of making sharp lines less jagged and a little more blurred, usually did this stuff manually.

I don't see any of that. And manually? Highly doubt you got results like this out of Photoshop. It's just not possible.
