Mine would be Weed (obviously cus its not harmful, has good effect and also heals your body if you just take the oil) and Xtc. Both are harmless

first off both are not harmless.  both are harmful weed not being that harmful, xtc if not pure MDMA (86% or whatever the fuck the purest form is)  But ontopic, In this order is probably my favorite drugs 1. Weed 2. Molly 3. Prescriptions (really no necciarily favorite just whatever mood i’m in whenever I decide I wanna get geeked) 4. LSD 5. DMT (which could pass lsd I haven’t ever broken through my the body stretching feeling and the super pixilated vision I got was fun/neat) that’s about it for me, I really only don’t even smoke as much as I want too because i’m on probation and have to stay clean atleast a week out of each month. Maybe pop a pill once or twice every other week.
I know this post prolly looks ugly asf i’m on mobile so

This ^^

In fact In my locality, they've now recommended 3-4 cups of coffee per day. I love my caffè latte- of which I shall make a double shot Immediately after this post.

Yet HIGHLY addicting

Agree.

I have that amount (3-4 cups) each and every day at set times. When I missed one, I can feel I need a caffeine hit.

I've found it more interesting to research drugs than to take them.
(Although I guess I'm unqualified to say so, since I haven't tried any recreationally unless you count caffeine.  I'm constantly on the above two though)

Seriously though, caffeine's pretty amazing; there are little negative side effects, practically no dangerous ones unless you take a ridiculous amount, and it's socially accepted.

You haven't done your research then... Dependence on anything is bad for you. Your tolerance will raise over time. As you drink more coffee the dopamine receptors in your brain will be weaker when not on coffee and you will be more fatigued due to physical and mental dependence on coffee. Try using google

There are so many more polite ways you could've said that...

Quote:Dependence on anything is bad for you
That's a huge generalization.  We depend on air, is that bad?
Also, note that I said little negative side effects, not none. I should've clarified more though, there aren't really any long-term ones.

Quote:Your tolerance will raise over time
Yes, that's true

Quote:As you drink more coffee the dopamine receptors in your brain will be weaker
That's an oversimplification.  Also, do you have a link to the study on this? Preferably a link to a replication study as well as the original. Or, better yet, a meta-review of many studies on it.

Quote:and you will be more fatigued due to physical and mental dependence on coffee.
Stop and go through withdrawals then, it'll get better pretty quickly.  Furthermore, you can drink coffee without growing dependent on it, just don't do it consistently and you'll be fine.

Quote:Try using google
Most of the 'science' that you find on the first page of Google is shit, try Google Scholar instead.  Not that I'm saying that you're wrong (in a lot of it, you're more or less correct), but that's not a great way to do research.

Smoking weed is pretty bad for you actually, and most of the 'the oil heals your body' stuff is bullshit pseudo-science.

Here's a fun fact about weed: It actually is physically addictive. Most people don't know it, because the withdrawals are very mild (like with caffeine), but it still is technically physically addictive, not just mentally. That doesn't mean it's bad as a result, just that people who say that it's only psychological are wrong.

Any drug can be addictive. Depends on your personality traits and psyche.

On topic: I have heard of people getting addicted to designer weed. That shit's tons worse than real weed.

You've misunderstood my post then. Anything can be psychologically addictive (actually, it's debatable, but most people agree). Not everything can be physically addictive. Weed is physically addictive.

My bad then. Must not have read the previous posts in this thread. I agree to that. Look at sugar. That shit can be argued as worse than coke. There are real sugar addictions.

Quite an Interesting way of looking at It.

So If I didn't have the mental capacity to decide to physically take weed, would It still be classed as physically addictive?
That aside, I do see your point.

Weed, Cocaine, that's about it
