RE: How To Hack A Computer With Just A IP - chmod - 02-22-2014 For all those complaining about db_autopwn it has been removed because it caused remote hosts to crash. Also you shouldn't use it anyway, it's like opening a door with a tank. Sure it gets the job done but it's loud and messy learn to use metasploit properly you will have far more success. @mililove @g-nine For db_host the command is db_hosts RE: How To Hack A Computer With Just A IP - mililove - 02-22-2014 (02-22-2014, 09:19 PM)chmod Wrote: For all those complaining about db_autopwn it has been removed because it caused remote hosts to crash. ---------------------------------------------- Thank you so much, but that was the only way I knew how to do it. I'm not that good at this yet, I'm just starting to learn. Do you think this could help? http://www.fastandeasyhacking.com/manual RE: How To Hack A Computer With Just A IP - mililove - 02-22-2014 (02-22-2014, 09:19 PM)chmod Wrote: For all those complaining about db_autopwn it has been removed because it caused remote hosts to crash. ---------------------------------------------- Thank you so much, but that was the only way I knew how to do it. Armitage is nice, but for learning purposes I would recommend doing it manually through metasploit itself that way you will better understand whats happening and learn more from it Offensive-security (the people behind training courses and distros such as backtrack and kali) put together a nice free course on this here which I thoroughly recommend you check out. it will give you a good insight into how metasploit works but you should also check out some of @Ex094's threads specifically this and this it's quite a lot of reading but will give you a great foundation into metasploit and system hacking. I'm reading about nmap and nessus so I think I'm starting to understand that... but once you do a recon what happens? that's where I get lost. Because if I'm not mistaken, that was why the autopwn it was so helpfull. But now, after the mapping how do I keep going, I'm seriously lost... sorry... this might seem stupid for you, but I've been reading a lot, a long with other stuff that I'm trying to learn and still don't get it. I would be so gratefull if you guys could help me... sorry for being so annoying thank you... p.d: I apologize for my english, is not my first language so I make a lot of mistakes..
