Nice tut man.. but a lil confusion that in this way we and our victim both need to be online same time.. otherwise it'll be useles.. Right??

what if my victim is far from me?..can i still hack his/her account?..
like the ddos attack,sniffing,etc...can still be done?or can be done within the same LAN?.
