it's pretty easy to use, you just need a server with PHP to act as a middle-man (you can use free hostings). personally, I'm a big fan of an indirect control through webserver as it removes all the hassle with port forwarding and makes it easier to anonymize because you use only your browser and port 80, which makes anonymization trivial
