Hmm strange and to be honest I have not booted into backtrack myself for quite some time, which files are you actually interested in?
All those mentioned in this tutorial. So an archive of the "pentest" folder & anything needed within the "windows" folder.

In that case you do not need that folder at all all the required exploits are supplied with metasploit
