Sometimes i turn on a podcast in the background as a distraction if i'm feeling stressed out.I'm quite the opposite. My home Is extremely quiet and the slightest noise will either prevent me from falling asleep, or wake me up during the night. I've started using ear plugs which completely blocks every distraction. At first, It feels as though they'll never come out but In a few minutes or so, they slowly expand leaving just enough room to take them out with your fingertips. RE: What do you do to help you sleep? - bulerofun - 12-17-2021 For those struggling with sleep, why don’t you try CBD. If you regard it as a drug please it’s not. And also try to put a background sound or leave the tv on, they help too. I never heard of CBD till I tried it for the first time from [Link Redacted] and it was quite okay. Luckily for me, I didn’t got addicted. But let it be known that CBD is illegal in some places. And instead of getting in trouble, it’s better to opt for another solution. RE: What do you do to help you sleep? - Manuel - 12-25-2021 ASMR. Not going to lie. Shit is super weird. But after a lifetime of brutal insomnia, you have to imagine my eye-rolling skeptical 'yeah, I guess I'll try anything once' followed by listening to about three minutes of someone rubbing a mannequin head's earlobes into a powerful micrphone....and then waking up ten hours later wondering what the FUCK just happened.
