After my dinner, until midnight I will watch some shows on TV or maybe do some preparatory work for next day in office. But then that's all only until 12; I am not sort of a late night type of a guy and I require at least seven hours of sleep for me to function normally the next day. I used to though because of nightshift at my old job but i quit that because it messed up my sleep schedule and i got burned out. Now i have a typical 8am - 5pm job and it's good so far so i'm not staying up late anymore. But i guess i'm just a normy and there are a lot of people who just are build differently. It may be fine In the short term, but It will eventually catch up with a lot of Individuals. The body Is not made to function In that manner. |
