I also find It's the most effective part of my day, namely around 1:00 - 2:00 am.

I tend to complete tasks a lot quicker as opposed to mid-afternoon/evening.

Before bed, if I watch movie or use mobile then it's very difficult for me to get sleep. It will take some time. By then it wil be 3 am.

I am never awake past midnight. After my dinner, until midnight I will watch some shows on TV or maybe do some preparatory work for next day in office. But then that's all only until 12; I am not sort of a late night type of a guy and I require at least seven hours of sleep for me to function normally the next day.

I was very similar to yourself many years ago, and felt great with 7-8 hours sleep.

Nowadays, I only average around 4 hours.

I don't. Biggrin
I used to though because of nightshift at my old job but i quit that because it messed up my sleep schedule and i got burned out.
Now i have a typical 8am - 5pm job and it's good so far so i'm not staying up late anymore.
But i guess i'm just a normy and there are a lot of people who just are build differently.

Been there, done that with working nightshift.

It may be fine In the short term, but It will eventually catch up with a lot of Individuals. The body Is not made to function In that manner.
