I think a smaller radius would be better keep it round just not that round.. maybe like 3 or 4px maybe 5

I prefer them without the outline but if you were to do one I would say increase the spaces between each tab so it doesn't look so cramped.

The new theme seems alright, I been using it for a while now.
I don't have any real complaints with it.
