@"Maxx",

Yes. I could do it, and i would be glad if i help you !

However, i checked my Programme, and i won't have a lot of time to do it. I can start it on the 25th of September 2014.

P.S. If you only have problem with the Conversion, it's ok. It will take some minutes. However, if i have to to do it from the beginning, i will be available at the end of September. I can guarantee that it will be awesome. :Thumbs-Up:

Hey there Maxx.
I'm a bit concerned.

I want some people to be able to contact me on Facebook and stuff, but I don't want people doxing me.

Can you help me out with this?

RE: Maxx's Anti-Dox Handbook - Doma - 07-31-2014

Thank you for writing this well-structured, detailed handbook @Maxx !

DOXing is an interesting topic since on the one hand it doesn't necessitate high technological knowledge so anyone with a functioning brain can execute it. On the other hand, it can be very helpful ( or very dangerous if used of malice prepense ) and has its importance as a part of complex plans too. It was good to read you tried to approach DOXing from more than one viewpoints because whether it's good or bad, bare information gathering or art depends on your viewpoint, but we mustn't underestimate its importance anyway. I found the picture you included funny and sad in the same time. From the viewpoint of a third party, it truly can be funny, but considering the fact that it's about us, it's sad. I personally know people, not only girls, but numerous males too, who are like that. I told "us" and not "them" because the problem affects all of us. Stupid people are just stupid but when you meet with someone who was DOXed (even if it happened due to his mistake) before throwing another stone into his face ask whether he is aware of the proper ethics and dangers of the online world. In high school, I made a project about online privacy and security. My project was a great success and the feedback was positive. Even so when I heard this feedback, I became sad a bit because I realised these people were not stupid, but no one ever explained these things to them properly. That's why I like to see good guides as this one where someone doesn't try to profit from people's lack of knowledge and help them understand. Again, I'm not talking about the fools because there are people who do not want to understand no matter how hard you try, but it's about the people who would like to learn. And for these people, this guide is extremely useful :Innocent:

Furthermore, you may take updating your handbook into consideration as it is outdated at some points. For instance, the DOXBIN link in your guide ( 1.1 - My definition ) redirected me to an adult site. Plus, as @Daxon said

Quote:Truecrypt is no longer viable and will not be producing updates. I've switched to AxCrypt instead and USB Safeguard for USB encryption.

When you release a DOX about someone, you may include information that affects the lives of more people beside the malicious one. Do you think you have right to punish somebody for something even at the cost of innocent people's suffering and if you hadn't, would you let the guilty person go without any punishment for his deed? What is your view?

In your thread, you mentioned "An illegal dox often consists of information that can be publicly obtained along with information often obtained in an illegal manner. This information can be anything from a hacked database leak, an IP address,..." It's good to know that game servers normally save logs about the players, but in my opinion, some servers go too far with this. In the past, I had an argument with a server owner because his server automatically released my IP address among other information on a public site without a single warning. I found it by chance with Google as I was searching something else. I contacted him and asked him to remove it since I did not agree, due to security reasons, but he refused my request and told me it was totally legal and if someone abused the information, that wouldn't have been his business. Eventually, I figured out the server updated the information on the site at each join so I connected with a VPN next time and then never so the site shew the VPN's IP and not mine for the public. What is your view about his attitude and do you think it's right that some game servers release such information like IP addresses without a single warning?

@Maxx , Thank you for your PM! I'm sorry because I couldn't reply, but

Quote:Read please this part before sending me a PM! Unfortunately but understandably according to the restrictions as new user I neither can open new private conversations nor reply to your private messages. You may consider this fact when you send me a new private message or expect a reply from me. Anyway, I read your PMs and would like to / will answer when I can. Thank you for your understanding!

nevertheless I am interested. Could you send me your Skype contact please so that I will add you?

Just use a fake account!
Or are you really inclined on having them add you on your personal account?

EDIT: I just read this again. Can you please be a bit more specific?

There are people who want to contact me by my name on for example Facebook.
The thing is, I want to remove my lastname - but the people will not be able to find me then.

RE: Maxx's Anti-Dox Handbook - Sir12 - 08-01-2014

Most sites you need to pay for the full information about your victim. None of these hackers would actually pay for this. You can bypass being doxed, by using fake aliases and fake names etc.

I haven't had time to reply to everything since the other things would take a bit more detail. I can be quick with your reply. (I'll get around to everyone else tomorrow hopefully)

First of all, did you even read any of my thread? I know it's an Anti-Dox guide, but fuck, it actually basically teaches you many good methods of doxing. You know that information that you can buy from your beloved websites like Spokeo? I bet I can find all of that information they have without paying a dime.

You're a fool for thinking that you can 'bypass' being doxed by just using fake names and aliases. With that being said, read my thread before posting a reply please (if you read all of it, you'll understand why I'm calling you a fool).

EDIT: I just spent around 5 minutes looking at things related to you. So far I've found one encrypted password, a few different usernames, an email, a name, an address, a phone number, and more. Do you still think that you can hide yourself with just a fake name and an alias? By the way, this by no means is a threat, just me snooping around as usual to prove a point. Any information regarding a member of HC is safe with me. Smile

Eh... Pick one or the other, man.

Unless you use your real name and just lockdown your Facebook like crazy, you can't really have both.

1. I have never said I'm anonymous on the internet. Idgaf if you find related things to me.
2. You got my number? S'cool, send me a text.
3. you just Google information about people, that's doxing.
4. Indeed, I didn't read your thread, 'cause you explain more what you need to do with a dox.
5. Most people don't give a fuck if they're being doxed, except passwords.

But. It's a great thread though. Nice HQ

1. You don't care? Okay, well in that case would I have permission to post it on another website? After all, you don't care. If I have your permission, I have no problem with doing so.
2. It's a Holland number. I'd rather not pay for the additional international charges, it's not worth the $2.00 to me.
3. If you read my thread, you'll understand that it's more than just "Googl'ing" often times.
4. If you didn't read my thread then how do you know if it explains more than necessary?
5. "Most people don't give a fuck if they're being doxed" I just went around my household and asked everyone if they cared, responses were all along the lines of "obviously". Not to mention that a lot of dox victims REALLY cared (of real doxes). EDIT: There was a password of yours in there.

Jessi Slaughter's family cared.
