Irrelevant.
The file downloads with-out any problems.
Thus, it should work with modifications even if it "doesn't work" as of this writing.
Not to mention, Coder-san did mention said file was deprecated.

This app was made long back (in 2010), uses WebBrowser component to perform a legit visit, since I couldn't find an HTTPWebrequest way to do the visit back then.
I did made it to use HTTPWebrequests, but don't have an Adf.ly account anymore to test it.
But anyways, tried to find bugs and fixed some in this minor update.
