Hey guys heres the link to a gcf link grabber :- http://www.filecrop.com/39493539/index.html
It contains the links to available .gcf files, you just have to download them and put them in your steam/steamapps folder and try to download the game from steam again!

i think it would works...but the problem is the games are really old...the steam crack provides kind of 1000 games out of which only few are here...we will have to get all..anyway thanks for the share..
eventually what i found each gcf file has actually a large size than u think....so counter strike has approx 700mb its not 7 bytes or anything like that....so if u guys want to download anything or any game search for the gcf file on the net or just ask for it here
