Haha, that's fine, man. Feedback is always welcomed, and I was already thinking about making additions to this thread in the future. RE: Grammar 101 - Paradoxium - 01-26-2014 You should also include differences of to, too, and two. RE: Grammar 101 - Illuminati - 01-28-2014 Thanks for this. As a fellow grammar nazi, bad grammar always makes me cringe as well. RE: Grammar 101 - Jesus_HF - 02-14-2014 This is great, but i still think i am going to be using "there" and "your" for everything. It just won't click in my mind when i am typing. RE: Grammar 101 - Skitstep - 02-15-2014 This is a pretty great tutorial, you probably should try to update it to cover other grammar misconceptions and misuses as well. Yeah, you're right. Though, there are almost too many to list in this one thread alone. I do plan on making additions in the future, though. RE: Grammar 101 - Mnemosyne - 02-16-2014 Never really had any sort of problem with those words. I am bad at putting up a sentence though since i am not a native english speaker. RE: Grammar 101 - warmweatherwoman - 02-18-2014 HA! I love this thread!! Partly because I love good grammar but mostly because my friends have dubbed me the grammar Nazi on Facebook! I hate when people don't know the difference between There, Their, and They're. Or the difference between No and Know. Sometimes I truly wonder if anyone plays attention in grade school when they are teaching grammar. |
