I used to have 100's of GBs with music but nowadays I just use YouTube Premium out of laziness and their autoplay function really lets me in on some new shit I didn't hear before

mp3 is trash. no one should be listening to that in this day and age, unless if nothing better is available. however, you can easily get lossless. for ownership, buy vinyl.

Streaming costs money, is full of ads, requires internet access.
Download it off youtube and it's on hand at all times.

YouTube Premium is my favorite platform to listen to music.
No ads, play videos in background etc. Many good features.

Its just too much work to download now when there are ways to stream for cheap/free
